Forensic Neuropsychological Services

Forensic neuropsychology is the application of clinical neuropsychological knowledge to forensic activities such as litigation, administrative proceedings, as well as consultations to attorney and courts.

In his forensic neuropsychology work, Dr. Kauder applies assessment / testing, and other neuropsychological procedures, to the evaluation of civil litigants.  Assessment of collateral sources of information, response bias, malingering, and norm-based psychological testing are essential components of Dr. Kauder’s forensic clinical neuropsychological evaluations.  The approaches he takes, and the test batteries he administers, are capable of meeting important legal standards (i.e., the “Daubert” standard).
